Um ein Photo oder Video aus dieser Website zu nutzen ist ein Nutzungsrecht für das jeweilige Bild oder  Video erforderlich. Die Höhe des Entgeltes richtet sich normalerweise danach in welcher Form / Medium (Flyer, Anzige, Film, Zeitschrift, Website, Flyer ect.) das Bild oder Video veröffentlicht wird, sowie auch nach folgenden Faktoren:

  • Auflage, Platzierung
  • Auflösung
  • Regional, Europaweit…
  • Dauer  Video / Photo
  • Exklusiv oder nicht…
  • Wenn Sie an einem Photo(s) oder Video(s) Interesse haben schreiben Sie eine Mail an info@tobiaspfau.de oder nutzen Sie das Kontaktformular Bitte geben Sie auch die Infos an zwecks Auflösung, Verwendungszweck, Auflage etc… Nach erhalt Ihrer E-Mail informiere ich Sie per E-Mail oder telefonisch über das weitere vorgehen.
  • Je nach Vereinbarung  erhalten Sie das Logo oder Link, welches Sie zu www.tobiaspfau.de verlinken.
  • Der Link  zu www.tobiaspfau.de muss als Bildnachweis in Ihrem Impressum oder auf Ihrer Startseite zu finden sein. Dies ist abhängig von der Art/Zweck der angestrebten Nutzung.

The permit of copyright to use the picture or video is strictly required in order to use a photo or video from this website. The amount of the fee normally depends on the purpose of the usage (i.e. flyers, advertisement, film, magazine, website,etc.), or in whatever form / media image or video will be releleased / published, and also according to the following factors:

  • Edition, format, placement
  • Resolution
  • Regional, Europe wide, etc.
  • Length Video / Photo
  • Exclusive use or not

Please include the info to order resolution, intention /purpose of use, format, etc. After receiving your e-mail I will inform you by e-mail or telephone to proceed your request.
