Lexware bietet kostenlos ein umfangreiches Software Tool (Windows + Free App) zum Zeitmanagement bzw. für Zeiterfassung an. Dazu gibt es ebenfalls gratis eine App für Android oder Apple iPhone. Die Eingabe erfolgt über direkt über die App oder die Software (Daten werden synchronisiert). Installation und Einrichtung gehen problemlos. Die Synchronisation auf dem Handy muss man manchmal mehrmals anstubsen – aber bisher keine Probleme. Wohin die Daten bei der Synchronisation über E-Mail “entschwinden” um dann wolkig bei der App zu landen, diese Info fehlt mir noch. Aber ansonsten ist es ein super Gratis Programm für Unternehmer, Freiberufler, Selbständige etc…

Was noch fehlt, bzw. was ich mir noch wünsche:

  • eine “Pause” Funktion bei der Stoppuhr
  • eine Funktion zur Sicherung der Datenbank
  • bei der App einen Sync Button beim Einstieg
  • benutzung von weniger Arbeitsspeicher! (auch wenn das Programm im Hintergrund läuft)
  • beim Export nach Excel (xls) Auswahl eigener Vorlagen oder noch besser Export als pdf mit eigener PDF Vorlage im Hintergrund
